WinMOS®300 Emergency Call

WinMOS^®300 Emergency Call is able to receive and process emergency calls from emergency call units of different makes at one integrative interface. It is, moreover, linked to the lift database and can thus directly be connected to the maintenance, malfunction and lift attendant lists.

There is no need of any special hardware in the centre station to receive emergency calls. Communication with the lift is done via an integrated ISDN-board and the audio-adapter of the PC.

If required, a webcam picture can be displayed, for example to get a view in the cabin the emergency call has come from.
