WinMOS®300 Diagnosis
Remote diagnosis as from your service centre or at site with a laptop
WinMOS®300 Diagnosis help you diagnose single lifts or lift groups. It is mainly used in service centres to get a diagnosis prior to maintenance or trouble-shooting and to possibly correct or border malfunctions prior to getting to the site. Furthermore, it is a useful tool for the field engineer at site.
Thanks to WinMOS®300 Diagnosis, you can have a quick overview over the control unit resp. over the lift group. In the lefthand part of the window the lift is dynamically represented and in the righthand part the information lists are displayed from the batch memory, malfunction list, current messages and faults. Connection to the control unit can be established either by modem, ISDN, GSM, Bluetooth, directly by serial interface or by TCP/IP within a LAN.
After having established the connection to the control unit, the dynamical data are actualized in the lefthand part of the window, in order that you can see lift well, car position, safety circuit and other details from the graph.
Car commands for all landings are represented at the left margin. By a click with the left mouse-button a car command for door side A is generated for this landing. The right mouse-button generates a car command for door side B for this landing. These commands are represented in the status-line. The push-button will shine green as soon as the control unit has received the command and acknowledged it.
In the database-section, data from the current data-sheet are represented.
Below that, in the section operational data, date, time, runtime and number of starts related to this control unit are displayed.
From the “lift”-section you can read type of lift, door-configuration and type of control.
In the safety-circuit section you can see the current state of the terminals within the safety circuit. Behind that the signals of the flush-level sensors, landing sensors and the states of the correction switches are represented.
In the status-section you are informed about light-barriers, battery charging status, direction of travel, landing position and speed.
By the buttons that can be found under “actions” you can enter the following commands:
- Batch: Clear batch-memory of the control unit
- List: Clear malfunction-list of the control unit
- New: Start connection setup again.
Furthermore, you can call in some additional specific displays and buttons:
- Emergency control functions;
- Car position in cm, and divergence from flush landing-level position in mm.
Each single section can be clicked on or off by the check-box on its right side. This might be useful, if your display cannot represent all sections simultaneously.
There is also a version of WinMOS®300 Diagnosis available that does not offer the whole range of functions. The service-version is meant for field-engineers diagnosing lifts at site. As usual, malfunction list, batch memory and the dynamical functions of the lift are represented, and parameter-setting can be done in a menu-guided way or by means of the configuration window. The data-base of this version contains one data-sheet only, from which the telephone numbers of the single lifts can be read and which can memorize the malfunction-data of the lifts. It is, however, not possible to enter calls or read out the maintenance-batch and the lift-attendant status.
Comprehensive information about this product and a demo-version can be found on a separate website under www.WinMOS.de.
