Remote Monitoring with WinMOS®300

Startfenster WinMosThe WinMOS®300-System is part of the lift control concept developed and manufactured by BÖHNKE + PARTNER GmbH. All control units are prepared for remote data communication by means of our programme WinMOS®300. Different modules of the software are available which can be compiled to suit your requirements. With standard hardware comprising PC, modem, telephone or network connection and WinMOS®300 you can monitor a discretionary number of lifts of different makes. In this way you can check the number of starts, read current messages and set parameters in the control unit such as dwell times etc. You are alerted to malfunctions before they can cause a problem.

Maintenance can be done in a need-related way according to the number of starts, operating hours or certain dates, making fixed time-related maintenance visits obsolete. Operation time of your lift is therefore increased, expenditure reduced and customers and lift owners are satisfied.

Hardware-Requirements

WinMOS®300 Diagnostics helps you comfortably administer all your lifts in an integrated Microsoft© Access-Database. By modem, ISDN, GSM or Ethernet you call any lift and it transfers data about status, shaft and type of control as well as real-time data such as the actual car position, door status or safety-circuit information, and last but not least currently stored fault messages. Simple parameters that do not influence the operational safety, such as parking, landing or dwell times can be changed online from the PC in your office. For testing purposes you can give calls to the control system. To receive calls from the controllers first activate the automatic call receiving function. Set the system parameters in order to periodically call all the lifts stored in the database and receive their malfunction reports. While the connection is being established all data transferred is memorized in order that you can print or process them offline afterwards.
