Standard control units are installed on a mounting plate of approx. 750 mm width and approx. 760 mm height, bearing the standard control components for lifts with 8 or more landings and a main driving power of 20 kW at a maximum. This mounting plate fits in a casing of 800 mm x 800 mm x 300 mm.
As stated in the specification, complete control cabinets can be supplied. They are wall-mounted cabinets of painted steel-sheet (protection class IP54) offering access to the control devices from the front side through one or two hinged doors with triangular lock. They are normally supplied with fixings for wall-mounting, but can also be supplied as floor-mounted cabinets if desired.

Standard control units of the types bp117 and bp306 are composed as follows:

• digital in- and output modules,
• main contactors for the main drive unit,
• speed control unit,
• contactors for the door operator,
• zone-module (SMZ) for the door zone circuit (safety circuit),
• emergency light supply,
• switches and fuses.

Main contactors correspond to the main driving power. The VVVF drive can be selected from 39 different types and can be inserted in the control cabinet complete with reactor coil and filter, or located in a separate cabinet. Sufficient ventilation is through thermostatically controlled fan.

The control unit has been designed for 20% undervoltage and environmental temperatures between 0°C and +40°C. Euro-transformers with primary voltages of 220 V /230 V / 240 V safeguard optimal supply to your system within the new integrated networks in Europe. Bus connection to the car is possible by a 24- core trailling cable. Signal transmitters, shaft wiring as well as external control and operating devices can be supplied by us too.
