General Information About Our Lift Controller

We are a supplier of controllers for lifts, hinged swing-doors, conveyors and industrial applications. Our core activities are lift controllers and remote diagnostics.
Especially for lift controllers we have developed different processor components. The current componet is the »bp306« based on the CANopen standard.

Our Controllers are Distinguished by the Following Highlights:

• Every controller will be individually designed and produced according to the project requirements. Well-trained experts assist you in the design of special projects.
• Individual hardware for special requirements for instance:
  • ATEX-conform (Explosion-Proof) solutions to use in an environment with a risk of explosion,
  • plastic controller cabinets complies with class 2 protection,
  • controller cabinets made of stainless steel,
  • very small controller cabinets for machine roomless lifts
  • and many more
• Individual software for special functions will be developed in parallel to the manufacture of the controller and examined in our testing laboratories.
• The quality of our controllers is first class.
• The control system comply fully with EMC regulations. Our personnel receive regular training in this.
• Sound protection: each mains contactor together with its mounting plate is supported by a special rubber buffer. If desired, the complete control cabinet can be lined with sound-proofing pads inside.
• Use of Modules: different configuration levels of the control systems networked to car and well components facilitate the individual adaptation of the systems, be it single lifts with 2 floors or groups of up to 8 lifts and 64 landings.
• Remote diagnostics: As from 1991 on our controllers have been capable of data communication. Furthermore, our remote diagnostics software WinMOS^®300 for field service, service centres, emergency call and maintenance centres as well as monitoring applications within the building automation is continuously developed.
• Open Protocol: We use e. g. CANopen^® according to CiA-417 selecting all kinds of lift components via the CAN-bus or TCP/IP for remote diagnostics.
