We produce controllers for traction lifts and hydraulically operated lifts - whether single or groups of up to 8 lifts, electronic modules and remote data-communication components. On request we supply our controllers complete with drive unit, speed controller, shaft copying either by absolute position encoder (AWG-05) or by magnetic position switches, push-button units, trailing cable and shaft cable harness according to your requirements.

As demands with regard to a controller can differ depending on whether it is applied in a new lift or for the modernization of an existing lift, we have developed the control system bp306. Control system bp117 has been designed for single lift controls, bp304 and bp306 for single controls or groups of up to eight lifts and max. 64 landings. The bp306 already uses standardized protocols only.

All the control systems are quick, small and reliable thanks to their highly integrated micro-electronics. The 32-bit processor provides a high processing speed and quickly adapts to changing traffic conditions. Thanks to micro-electronics the space required could significantly be reduced in comparison with traditional control units. The use of fail-safe components makes the control unit to be resistant against bad environmental influences. The control units do not require much maintenance and offer an optimum availability thanks to our matured production and testing procedures as well as to the fact that they have been designed in consideration of worst-case conditions.

Advanced functions and flexibility are major items for our designers developing new control systems. That is why the controls are modular, comprising a CPU and a lift-interface. As regards the hardware, we offer you different system configurations so that you can choose according to your requirements and always have the option to individually extend the configuration lateron.

The control units of the bp-system family cooperate with all kinds and types of speed controls and they are compatible with our remote data transmission system WinMOS®300, taking over the functions of an electronic lift attendant.
