Certifications

Safety-relevant components of our controllers are subject to TÜV-checks (TÜV = Association for Technical Inspection). This refers to the monitoring circuitry of safety circuits (bp117, bp302, bp304, bp306, bp308, FDG-03) as well as to the door zone monitoring (integrated in bp117, bp304 and bp306, bp308 also available as a separate module SMZ-04) that is applied for relevelling as well as pre-opening doors.

We have a certificate from TÜV Rheinland confirming that these components were tested in compliance with the EU regulations for lifts and are applicable within the EU. The tests were carried out according to EN81 and TRA. These tests are beneficial to you, too, as extra testing of the controller can be omitted at final testing and hand-over of the lift.

In October 1995 we had our quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Since then we have regularly passed follow-up audits. On 19th August 2008 we received the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

Our control units, modules and components comply to the standards EN12015 or EN12016 as applicable. We will be pleased to let you have the certificate of conformity issued by TÜV Rheinland and the EMC-documentation, if required.
